ASSOL PLAN · WITH ASSOL ROSENBERG

Bring back your energy without trying to change your whole life at once

A personal route that connects sleep, food, movement and daily load with how you actually feel.

7 minutes to begin · no rigid diets · at your own pace

Assol Rosenberg Your route begins with real life

A familiar place

When the problem is not a lack of willpower

Separate pieces of advice do not always become a system. Energy drops while the list of things you “should” do keeps growing.

The morning begins already tired

You slept, but clarity and a reserve of energy never arrived.

Eating follows the pressure of the day

On a calm day there is rhythm; on a hard day it falls apart.

Movement keeps getting postponed

You do not want another program that requires heroic discipline.

There is too much advice

There is plenty of useful information, but no clarity about what matters now.

The day runs on autopilot

You notice your own signals only after your resources are already gone.

You are tired of starting again

You need a workable way to return, not a new perfect version of yourself.

The Assol Plan principle

See the connections first. Then choose one next step.

We look at the everyday system rather than one symptom or habit: how sleep affects appetite, pressure affects energy, and the rhythm of the day affects your ability to care for yourself.

01

Sleep and recovery

Not a perfect schedule, but conditions that make the morning easier.

02

Food and satisfaction

A clear structure without bans or constant counting.

03

Movement

Realistic activity that fits your current body and schedule.

04

Load and boundaries

Noticing where your resources go and where a different pace is needed.

05

Daily rhythm

Small anchors that help you return without feeling that you failed.

Starting assessment

Not a test of being “good” — a map of your real life

In a few minutes you reflect on energy, sleep, food, movement and daily load. You leave with a clear starting point, one priority and steps for the next seven days.

  • What currently drains the most energy
  • Which area can become your strongest support
  • What you can realistically do this week

Your route

Five steps from overload to a system you can understand

01

Answer

Describe your real rhythm without trying to look “right”.

02

See

Receive a connected picture of the factors influencing one another.

03

Choose

Set one priority instead of working on everything at once.

04

Try

Take small actions and notice the response.

05

Adjust

Keep what works and calmly change what does not.

The first week

Fewer actions, enough useful information

Days 1–2

Notice

Track energy, sleep and the moments when your rhythm begins to slip.

Days 3–4

Add one anchor

Try one action: a steadier breakfast, a short walk or an evening transition to sleep.

Days 5–6

Check

Look for whether things became a little easier, not whether they were perfect.

Day 7

Adjust

Keep what helped and choose the next small step.

A different kind of strength

Not enduring more. Hearing yourself earlier.

A sustainable route begins when the body is no longer treated as an obstacle and becomes a source of information.

Portrait of Assol Rosenberg on a bridge

Assol’s role

Not to control you, but to help you see the next realistic step

Assol Rosenberg helps turn scattered observations into a clear route — without pressure, universal promises or the need to earn your right to rest.

  • Turns complex connections into clear actions
  • Works with your real schedule, resources and limits
  • Helps adjust the route without creating a sense of failure

Progress without dramatic promises

Track changes you can understand

Energy

How your reserve changes throughout the day.

Recovery

Which conditions help you rest more fully.

Rhythm

How much easier it becomes to support food and movement.

Return

How quickly you can come back after a difficult day.

Scope and safety

Wellness support is not medical care

Assol Plan supports general wellbeing and everyday habits. It does not diagnose, prescribe treatment or recommend changing medication. For worrying or acute symptoms, contact a qualified professional or emergency service.

Common questions

Before you begin

Do I need to follow a diet?

No. The route helps you see the structure of your eating and choose realistic anchors without a list of forbidden foods.

How long does the start take?

About seven minutes for the questions. Daily check-ins take a few minutes and actions are selected for your rhythm.

Is this a weight-loss program?

No. The focus is energy, recovery and sustainable daily habits. Weight can only be discussed as one context, without promises of a result.

Does Assol reply personally to everyone?

It depends on the format. The digital route includes materials, a private dashboard and an observation journal; personal feedback is available only in group and individual formats.

Can I take part if I have a medical condition?

Discuss habit changes with your treating professional. Assol Plan does not replace medical supervision or personal treatment.

What happens after the assessment?

You will see your starting point and can request a suitable format. No payment is requested until program terms are approved.
